I have completed my Master’s in Architecture (Urban Design) from Mumbai University with honors. 

I have completed my Master’s in Architecture (Urban Design) from Mumbai University with honors. Since then, I have been working in the field of architecture and Urbanism for almost over a decade. During my career, I have gained extensive experience in both academic and practical aspects of architecture, which has equipped me with a diverse skill set that I believe would benefit your institution.

As an Urban Designer and architect, I have worked with Rahul Mehrotra from GSD, Harvard on the Urban Mellon Grant where I documented the diverse lifestyle and commerce of Mumbai. Also, I have worked on Extreme Urbanism IV, a book by Harvard where I documented the Houses of Khoja Community. Later, I worked with Architect Bimal Patel and Hafeez Contractor on various architecture and Urban development projects such as the Sabarmati River front, the Design of the Subarnrekha River, the Design of Galgotia University building and Bits Pilani Building, India.

As a practicing architect, I have been involved in a range of projects, from small-scale residential designs to large commercial developments. My experience in this field has given me a strong foundation in practical design and construction techniques, which I can bring to the classroom to provide real-world examples and hands-on learning opportunities.

As an educator, I have taught undergraduate and graduate courses in architectural design, history, theory, and building technology. I have also been actively involved in research projects that have explored the role of architecture in contemporary society, which has resulted in several publications in reputable academic journals. I have presented my research paper at International conferences such as UN_ISDG.  I have been actively involved in designing and conducting architectural heritage walks in the city. I am currently working on Book to document the forgotten Indian Architects, Engineers, and Contractors of Bombay who helped in making the Icons and Landmarks of British Bombay. I have also conducted Workshops and Seminars for students involved in making Visual narratives, Live Sketches, and Photography. I started the club called The walking Lab, where students learned architecture from observation on the streets out of four walls of the classroom.
