Preparation of different solvent proportion for the extraction of secondary metabolite from the plant materials. 

 Preparation of Development Plan after receiving the Development Initiation Approval from the Business Development / Marketing team. 

Preformulation and Compatibility Studies.  Compilation of Stability Data and Finalization of Formula based on Stability data. Handling of all types of R&D lab Scale and Pilot scale Equipment. 

Preparation of Technology Transfer Documents and Technology transfer Process Validation and Documentation Reformulation of existing product for rectifying the market complaints and for cost reduction. 

To guide Team members in Product development & Validation.  Method development and Optimization for Herbal formulations through HPLC, HPTLC, AAS and other Instruments 

 Preparation of In house documents like SOPs for Developed analytical methods and compilation specifications for the finished products.  Stress studies, Degradation studies and Stability studies as per ICH guidelines for the finished products.

Experience

Having 28 of experience in R&D of Herbal products, Cosmetics & Toiletry products and Nutraceutical products  

Education

Bachelor of Pharmacy and Master of Business administration (Technology Management)
