After completing my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), I gained hands-on industry experience by working with Netline Travels. During my time there, I was involved in managing travel bookings, coordinating transportation services, handling customer inquiries, and supporting day-to-day operations. I worked closely with clients to understand their travel needs and ensured timely, reliable service delivery.

This experience helped me strengthen my communication skills, customer service abilities, and practical understanding of business operations in the travel and tourism sector. It also allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in a real-world environment while developing professionalism, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
