BGAS CSWIP Grade 2 Certified Painting Inspector

Study and understand all standards (BGAS, ISO, ASTM, etc.) for Bright construction project. Prepare and maintenance documentation on coating quality control inspection and testing. Check certification, receipt, handling and storage of materials for coating and abrasive blasting. Conduct tests prior to start blasting (i.e. environmental tests, RH%, blotter tests etc.). Incoming inspection of pipes and pipe tracking and verify the NDT clearance of pipes to be coated. Study Product data sheets for coating materials, abrasive blasting materials including any materials to be used for coating repairs Inspection and testing of abrasives contaminations & size of abrasives.
