 Hi, I am working in a hybrid role of Integration Specialist and Integration Manager for ZYCUS, a firm providing SaaS solutions for Cognitive Procurement. Here we work with Snaplogic and a Zycus built integration middleware platform i.e., ‘iSaaS’. I manage a team of integration developers, delivering integration solutions to clients, and also get my hands in the technical tasks related to integration design an architecture. I am also involved in pricing related activities for our integration services.
 My technical experience with ESBs, API Management Platforms and Scheduler Platforms.
 I have worked with integration middleware technologies like Snaplogic, MuleSoft, API management, Airflow, IBM MQ, IBM IIB, Axway APIGW, WSO2, Jenkins etc.
 

– Working as Integration Manager and Specialist, leading a group of integration developers to deliver integration SaaS based solutions to clients and customers.
– Working with clients from their requirement gathering to Go-Live and then Hypercare, making sure the process is smooth and hassle-free. 
– Working as integration specialist and architect designing the integration flow and architecture. We have multiple clients that need to have custom integration solutions, were I come in to intake their business requirements and convert them in sustainable and efficient integration solutions.
– Also working as requirement analyst for the clients to understand their requirements and process them to reproducible integration solutions.
– Providing monetary cost estimates and finalizing SOWs with clients.
– The team initially had no tool for project and task management. I setup the Jira projects, its workflows, Kanban board, the issue types and working steps on how to handle work with Jira so as to reap most advantages for the team.
– Setup Daily SCRUM calls to connect with the team on task statuses and red flagging road blockers and issues.
– Monitoring and Managing the Support and Operations of our team.
– Working on initiatives and trainings for the team to better their competence, not only for our company but for individual competency building as well.
– Created verbal and written soft skill assessment for my team, including generic scenarios as well as Zycus specific scenario-based questions.
– Gained knowledge on Procurement software and way of working like Invoicing, Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, SSO configuration, Supplier Management and User Integration.
