Implementation
• Implementation of the Three-System landscape based on SAP S/4 HANA 1610, 1709 and 1809
• Implementation of the Peripheral Systems, including but not limited to SAP Process Orchestration 7.5, SAP Fiori on Netweaver 7.5, SAP BW/4HANA, Solution Manager 7.2, Content Server 6.5, SAP Webdispatcher 7.53, SAP GRC 12.0, SAP BObj BI 4.2 SP 07.

Solution Manager
• Successful Installation, Configuration and Administration of Solution Manager 7.2 SP05 and 7.1
• Performing end-to-end custom configuration of the ITSM and ChaRM functionality to adapt to the various needs of the organization, including but not limited to:-
1. Setting up custom ChaRM Approval procedures
2. Adding custom statuses to the existing workflow
3. Setting up Mail Form notifications to the concerned parties involved
4. Authorization design based on key responsibilities
5. Screen changes to show/hide standard/custom fields
• Imparted high quality training to the core end-users on the usage of the standard as well as customized ITSM and ChaRM functionality.
• Prepared solid documentation in the form of User Manuals to aid end-users in the better understanding of the ITSM and ChaRM process.

Migration
• Performed migration of SAP systems based on SAP ECC 6.0 and Solution Manager 7.0 from AIX to Linux Platform
• Performed simultaneous upgrade of Database from Oracle 11g to 12c
• Incorporated High Availability setup on the Production system
• Involved in the planning and execution of Carve-Out/Divestiture of the sold company and its subsequent migration to a fresh landscape
• Performed successful migration of the ECC, XI, Bobj, Portal systems, provided Hypercare support and co-ordinated various activities at client site in Singapore during Go-live.

Upgrade
• Successfully planned and performed EHP 7 upgrade on the existing ECC 6.0 landscape
• Created the target stack using the Maintenance Planner and consumed the same using the Software Update Manager 2.0 to upgrade the system
• Troubleshooted and fixed various types of errors encountered during the EHP upgrade

Support
• Providing missing authorizations, assigning T-code rights based on SU53 messages
• Ensuring PR-DR sync and regularly performing DR Switchover mock drills
• Creating/modifying User roles as per customer requirement
• Extracting specific user master data for audit purposes
• Performing database refresh/homogeneous system copies on Oracle and HANA databases
• Performing import of critical transport request and all TR related troubleshooting
• Performing special customized monitoring and preparing sheets accordingly

• Troubleshooting and fixing portal and system startup issues
• Performing daily monitoring of SAP ABAP and JAVA stack systems
