As a Project Manager at Jeevitam since June 2024, I have led high-impact initiatives across talent acquisition, strategic project execution, and HR operations. I successfully designed and executed CXO-level hiring strategies, conducting over 60 interviews and onboarding key leadership roles including the Head of Operations and Head of Sales. I spearheaded a nationwide placement strategy under a Fortune 500 tech company’s CSR initiative, generating a revenue impact of ?2.5 crore and enabling the placement of over 24,000 candidates through a tech-enabled skilling-to-employment model. I also conceptualized and launched the ‘Sponsor a Livelihood’ project, a high-impact initiative with ?1 crore revenue potential, providing livelihood opportunities to 20+ marginalized individuals by designing psychometric assessments, leading career counseling sessions, onboarding reputed NGO partners, and delivering soft skills training. On the HR front, I audited and streamlined key policies to align with business goals and improve operational efficiency, and successfully planned and executed the company’s first-ever 3-day offsite, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
