I have an Msc in Human Resource Management and Employee Relations from Warwick Business School. I have worked in the field of HR across various industries, from energy to pharmaceuticals. My main strengths are stakeholder management, operational excellence, change management and people processes. I have worked briefly as a graduate customer success manager and am looking for positions that will strengthen my career in people relations. 

My most recent experience was a People Operations Assistant in a technology startup, where I was responsible for the recruitment of vacancies, sourching high quality candidates and working closely with the hiring managers. Prior to this, I worked as a graduate customer success manager, where I assisted in client meeting through preparing onboarding decks, analyzing data reports for client presentations, worked on invoices and managed the project management lifecyle in the business on Wrike.
