Working At The Phoenix Mills Ltd Company which has Many Mall India & Most Luxuries Mall is Palladium & I'm working in Mall For 6 Years & now on a new project in Ahmedabad for opening Palladium Mall Ahmedabad currently working on Pre-Ops Budget, Opex-Capex & Mall Operating Budget, Outsource vendor Analysis & Comparison for Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Facade cleaning, Pest Control & Horticulture, work on Outsourced Manpower Deployment & Wage/Salary structure. Complete handling of Mall EGD (Environmental Graphic Design ) Signages Handwear & Content readiness 

Currently handling overall Mall Operation activity.
