Teaching and Research  Regular conduction of classes and syllabus outreach.  Implementing various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.  Organizing student and faculty Development Programmes.  Maintaining an active research stream, either academic or practitioner-based.  Framing the course structure and additional in-charge in framing the syllabi and class activities 3 Academic Administrative  Responsible for organizing, planning, and setting priorities for allocation of resources within the program. These activities will include development and implementation of Program budgets, staffing, policies, and procedures, in cooperation with faculty and senior administrators and in accordance with the Management requirements.  Managing an on-going process of Program review, including assessing student and institutional outcomes.  Liaison for establishing an external Board of Advisors for the Program.  In conjunction with relevant administrators, the responsibility has taken to shape and manage a system of total rewards designed to encourage and support the Program faculty.  Orienting all activities within the Program to meet the complete requirements of University norms and AICTE. 4 External Representing the MBA Program within and outside the College, including with the business community, the Board of Trustees, alumni, and other constituencies and stakeholders. 5 Overall Academic work Responsible in taking the departmental activities for the smooth functioning of the course 6 International Operations  Director for UMass Amherst Global MSECE(1+1) Program of University of Massachusetts, Amherst for Indian Operations as part of Ashoka Global  Director for all International Operations for France and Australian Universities.
