A seasoned professional with more than 16 years experience at Capgemini India, I excel in Documentum upgrades and integrations with Sharepoint, Pega, Salesforce, Robotics and AI modules (NLP). Integrated Documentum with Extream and xECM. Involved in Documentum migration to Hyland Alfresco and Hyland Nuxeo. I possess a strong blend of technical proficiency and team mentorship, significantly improving project delivery and client satisfaction. Helped Capgemini to build strong ECM capability.

 Architected multiple greenfield ECM projects developed using Documentum for global enterprises and then transitioned them to ASM teams for support and maintenance. 

Completed Documentum upgrade from 16.4 to 22.2 in Oct2023, resolved post upgrade issues and stabilize the upgraded environment. 

Worked with Hyland to set up COE in offshore and presented Hyland Nuxeo demo to client. 

Managed transition of Documentum projects from incumbent vendors to Capgemini and delivered value added continuous improvements to the system by implementing innovative automations, proactive monitoring of the systems, automated test pack, integration with Splunk, tivoli. 

Helped clients to upgrade their documentum systems. 

Trained,mentored and groomed more than 200+ fresh graduates in Documentum and deployed them in various documentum projects. 

 Helped client to re-architect their ECM systems as and when new technical evolutions happened. Participated and won global Hackathon conducted by Capgemini and Del Boomi.
