. To review and verify the scope of work and supply as per drawings.
2. Prepare the schedule based on the project's completion date. (dates given by client)
3. Fabrication and erection sequence preparation.
4. Finalization the sub vendor for fabrication and erection contractors.
5. Preparation and review of FQAP as per drawing and as per standard codes.
6. To review and verify the PQR and WPS are available at the site.
7. Follow up on material supply from various supply vendors as per erection sequence and schedules.
8. Follow up on civil front clearance and complete civil work to give front clearance to mechanical 
erection contractors.
9. Follow up with sub vendors for mobilization of manpower with required tools and tackles.
10.Coordinate and weekly review meetings with staff and supervisor for achieving the milestone 
activities.
11.Coordinate with IBR and IBR documentation submission.
12.Weekly review meetings with the suppliers to follow up if they are supplying as per the erection 
sequence and discussed for back lock supply.
13.Daily progress reports are generated by erection contractors, and they should be submitted to clients. 
(If there is any backlog in daily activities, it should be planned to work extra hours on the next days.)
14.Daily review meeting at the site with erection contractors.
15.Weekly and monthly meeting review meetings with erection contractors. (Manpower deployment 
according to front availability as per erection sequence.)
16. If any fouling or any changes in drawing, Coordinate with the HO Design department to review and 
make changes in the drawing according to site conditions.
17.Monthly safety review meeting with all sub-vendors. (whether all sub-vendors are following necessary 
PPE as per safety standards
18.Daily and weekly interact with HO for necessary required documentation at the site.
19.To follow up on whether erection contractors are maintaining daily welding rod backing registers at 
the site.
20.To review and verify the suppliers' invoices and sub-vendors' invoices.
21.To follow up and execute the erection at the site as per the standard approval FQAP.
22.Follow up with mechanical erection contractors and give front clearance to electrical and 
instrumentation erection vendors.
23.Prepare the punch list for the completion work, and it should be circulated to related vendors to finish 
the punch list.
24.Plan for finishing the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as per the completion schedule.
