  • Working in tandem with Accounts, Finance, and Collection to examine invoices and discuss tax implications.
  • Petty Cash expenses and record daily & month basis 
  • Invoices, contracts, agreements, and other official paperwork such as purchase orders and reconciliations with suppliers.
  • Assisting with visa applications for business visitors and high-ranking professionals, as well as with the renewal of employment visas.
  • Making hotel and transportation arrangements, as well as airline and cruise ship ticket purchases, for employees, guests, directors and the CEO, as part of the event planning and travel desk teams.
  • Reservation of banquet rooms for events, conferences, and sales meetings; coordination of event management; checking that billing is accurate and timely.
