I architected event-driven orchestration workflows at LotusFlare—implementing WaitFor/NotifyTo logic backed by Redis and Cassandra for low‑latency scheduling and durable state persistence. Previously at TCS, I played a key role in cloud migration for Celcom Malaysia, focusing on API validation, testing, and customer support.

• Designed and implemented WaitFor and NotifyTo orchestration states to enable event-driven workflows within the Orchestration Engine, supporting inter-execution communication and asynchronous coordination. Utilised Cassandra and Redis to persist events and coordinate event flow.
   
• Implemented a distributed execution scheduling system in Lua, leveraging Redis for low-latency time-based scheduling and Cassandra for durable state persistence. The system handles configurable execution delays with TTL management and input validation, achieving high throughput while ensuring data durability across service restarts.
   
• Designed and implemented a termination mechanism to halt workflows at any point in a distributed microservice architecture. Leveraged Cassandra to retrieve active reservations and Redis for immediate cleanup of pending executions, ensuring consistent system state.
   
• Led a data compression optimization initiative for Cassandra-persisted data, utilizing Prometheus for real-time metric-driven benchmarking of Snappy and ZSTD algorithms. Successfully transitioned data storage to ZSTD based on empirical data, achieving∼ 25% reduction in data size and significantly improving storage efficiency and data transfer speeds between distributed systems.
   
• Developed and maintained critical APIs and their Swagger YAML specifications for a global orchestration service, built on OpenResty. These APIs powered the LotusFlare DNO Cloud product, supporting 10+ telecom operators worldwide.Ensured correctness and reliability through rigorous local and Postman-based integration testing.
