Geetanjali Khanna

Motivated by the desire to impact people’s lives positively, I am a problem finder and solver, an advocate and practitioner of human-centered and socially responsible design. I bring curiosity, a user-first mindset, and a structured yet adaptive process to my work.

I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Design from the National Institute of Design, Bangalore. Owing to a diverse educational background in Computer Science, Experience Design and Research, my design philosophy involves instilling people-centricity to make the most of the new-age technology and craft truly transformative experiences.

Previously, I worked as UX Designer and Researcher at Zyla Health where I established User Research as an integrated practice to drive KPIs with creative solutions and managed product development end-to-end from conducting qualitative research (both generative and evaluative), analysis, designing, and prototyping followed by usability testing and developer handover. My expertise areas are design research, data visualization & story-telling, and UX/ Product Design for digital experiences.
