Gisha Shanker

I m Gisha Shanker, working in NGO and leading team of 7. I m head of the Membership and Marketing Department taking care of Fund raising, marketing and members of the organisation. I m enthusiastic, problem solving, and do various managements for the organisation. I m confident, and can work under pressure. I take responsibility of the deadline to make sure to complete the work within given time. 

A highly efficient, innovative and methodical marketing manager with extensive experience of
supporting sales departments by reviewing, developing, defining their overall marketing strategy. 
Providing support to the team on all online programs, with an emphasis on email, peer-to-peer
fundraising, online advertising, and maintaining website fundraising content. Experience in both 
the non-profit and for-profit sectors who provides high-impact deliverables that further an
organization's mission. Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and a proactive attitude 
towards acquiring new skills, contributing to the organization's growth while enhancing my own
knowledge.
