I have been baking from an young age. Baking had been a passion of mine, I m in the journey of learning and putting my all into making myself better. I have been in this field for almost 6years now. Yet I believe there's more to learn. I can adapt myself to any situation and can make something out of nothing.
Experience
I first worked in an gourmet ice cream shop, amadora gourmet ice cream shop. I was the head chef there for a year, and into R & D. Then moved into the wedding cakes industry, was into managing a home bakers business, where we did customized cakes. Now I run a brand called Soft serve co. I have developer the brand from start,curating the menu to hiring staff and running the shop successfully.
Education
I have done my As And A levels, and have finished an government course in baking. I am a certified baker by the government.
