I am Kolipaka Gnani Surya, and I have over two years of experience working with Kore.ai platforms. I am dedicated, enthusiastic about learning new technologies, and patient throughout the process. In addition to my technical skills, I have a passion for cooking, art, and playing games. I strive to adapt to different situations and continuously work on improving myself to fit into diverse environments.

I am a Kore.ai developer with hands-on experience across various platforms, including SmartAssist, SearchAssist, and XO Platform (XO 10 and XO 11). I have delivered both web-based and IVR-based solutions, often integrating with external agent transfer systems. My work spans multiple projects and POCs involving advanced capabilities such as Agentics nodes, GenAI nodes, and DialogGPT. Currently, I’m focused on implementing a Zendesk integration using BotKit, enhancing support workflows through seamless automation and intelligent routing.

I completed my schooling at Narayana Olympiad School, achieving a CGPA of 9. I pursued my intermediate education at Narayana Junior College, securing 959 marks. I went on to earn my B.Tech degree from Vignana Bharathi Institute of Technology (VBIT), graduating with a CGPA of 8.01.
