• Ordering and issuing parts against the repair order.
• Arranging parts location wise, Keep area neat and clean. 
• Refer Catalog and give estimate to service advisor to get approval from customer.
• Checking the received parts against the invoice, Inform to the Spares Department if any short, excess or damage and raise claim to IMI (Isuzu motors India Pvt, Ltd).
• Maintain sufficient funds in our spares account in order to place an order.
• Maintaining purchase Invoice, OEM and other all records. Reporting the same to the Management.
• Maintaining regular movement Spare parts items and monitoring stock level.
• Control stock exceeds and Non moving parts age wise.
