• Cash flow Management including preparation of consolidated monthly cash flow reports. Performing the month end closing process and reconciliation of the ledgers.
• Reconciliation of bank balances, physical cash, receivables, payables.
• Processing of payments related to supplier invoices, compliance with applicable policies & procedures. Preparing of relevant Credit/debit notes & Purchase Authorization vouchers.
• Interface with Vendors to troubleshoot and resolve accounts payable matters.
• Participate in periodic inventory/stock counts and present the report. Reconciliation of inventory balances and submitting Age analysis report at each month.
• Preparing Workers Payroll, Sub-Contractors Payment Preparation.
• Preparation of month end Journal Vouchers.
• Assist with preparation & co-ordination of audit process
• Assist with filing the VAT return on quarterly basis.
• Maintenance of all Expenses including Rent, Telephone, Electricity, Water and maintaining imprest system.
• To maintain the petty cash expenses on the day-to-day basis.
