Experience
- Cash flow Management including preparation of consolidated monthly cash flow reports. Performing the month end closing process and reconciliation of the ledgers.
- Reconciliation of bank balances, physical cash, receivables, payables.
- Processing of payments related to supplier invoices, compliance with applicable policies & procedures. Preparing of relevant Credit/debit notes & Purchase Authorization vouchers.
- Interface with Vendors to troubleshoot and resolve accounts payable matters.
- Participate in periodic inventory/stock counts and present the report. Reconciliation of inventory balances and submitting Age analysis report at each month.
- Preparing Workers Payroll, Sub-Contractors Payment Preparation.
- Preparation of month end Journal Vouchers.
- Assist with preparation & co-ordination of audit process
- Assist with filing the VAT return on quarterly basis.
- Maintenance of all Expenses including Rent, Telephone, Electricity, Water and maintaining imprest system.
- To maintain the petty cash expenses on the day-to-day basis.
