About Gopi P:

MEP Project Manager with more than 14+ years’ experience in Design, Execution and closeout of MEP service installations in Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Hospital, MALL, High-rise building, Infrastructure and Airport projects. Seeking a challenging position in a dynamic organization to contribute accrued expertise towards the qualitative and competitive enhancement of the organization.   

Experience

  • Lead and supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, ELV and Plumbing) activities across construction projects to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant delivery.
  • Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and design documents to verify completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and submit technical submittals, method statements, and RFIs. Provide continuous support to project team members for smooth execution.
  • Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to ensure proper design, installation, and integration of MEP systems in line with project goals.

Education

B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering - SASTRA UNIVERSITY - 62.2 % - 2010.
