• Handling the software of Step 7 TIA portable V14, Simatic manager, RS logic for AB, CX- Programmer for Omran, ABB drive loader, Modbus RTU.
• Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of 35 MW Wartsila engines like 4*18V32LN (6.6MW), 1*W18V32 (7.6MW).
• Maintenance of storage tank Agitators, Mixers Agitators (paint and Polymer).
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of 15KL & 10 KL Twin Shaft disperser and Ystrall system for paint manufacturing.
• Erection, Maintenance of 40KL & 20KL Emulsion making Reactors and polymer Emulsion tanks (PET).
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Shinil make Ring mills, Oliver+ Battle make Double mills, Buhler make Drais mill, Shinil make Portable dissolvers. 
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of ATS make roller conveyer system and SEW movifit based drive controller system.
• Erection, Commissioning and maintenance of the MCC, Siemens IMCC, PCC and Lighting Systems.
• Erection, Commissioning and maintenance of the Siemens, ABB, CG, SEW induction motors, CG Ex ’d’ flame proof motors.
• Handling the UPS and Battery system. EFORE – ESSI 120 KVA, Vertiv – 30, 60, 400KVA, Amara Raja – 20 KVA, 350 KW Delta Solar inverters. 
• Handling of 33 KV, 11 KV VCB Breakers like Siemens SION & ABB VD4.
• Handling of LT ACB breaker Siemens Sentron 3WL and ABB SACE E3. 
• Handling of 33/ 0.433KV, 11/0.433 kV like Siemens 2.0MVA, Bharat bijle 1.0 MVA, Voltamp 2.5MVA oil cooling type distribution transformers, ABB 1 MVA dry type transformer. 
• Handling of Different type Electromagnetic and Numerical Protection relay like ABB, Siemens and Vamp. 
• Handling air compressors like Ingersollrand, Sperre – HL2/120,Atlas copco –  GA 160, GA 110 VSD. 
• Knowledge of Instrument’s  like Level  Switch &Transmitters–Rosemount,  Gestra, Mobrey & Besta,  DP Transmitter- Emerson, Rosemount, Pressure switches & Transmitter – Rosemount & Danfoss, Thermocouple- Danfoss & Wartsila,  RTD – Rosemount, Actuators -  Emerson & ABB. 
• Planned & Implemented the preventive & Predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant machinery.
• Carry out the Thermography, harmonic analyzer, Battery analyzer, Work permit,  LOTO, HIRAC, JSA and SOP’s. 
• Analysis the maintenance effectiveness and problems reoccurring. 
• Handling of Statutory, Legal compliance of DG tax, Rule 46, Rule 63 and stamping compliance. 
• Daily power monitoring, calculation and reporting to daily, weekly monthly basis and MIS report preparation.
• Collecting spare details and making PR for purchasing order.

• Completed B.Tech ElectricalEngineering in JRN Vidyapeedth University at Jaipur.
• Completed Diploma Electrical & Electronics Engineering in KLN Polytechnic college at Madurai.
