Marketing Support:

• Design the strategies for the Region
• To assess and forecast the market demand.
• To identify the changes in consumer preferences and tastes
• To identifying the competitor's strategies, strengths and weaknesses and their reaction patterns to attain and avoid them.
• Product and Sku wise analysis of the Region and sector

Field force management:

• Recruiting and selecting the SO & TSI Training and directing them in achieving the Individual sales targets.
• To motivate the sales force to achieve the primary as well as secondary sales target.
• To ensure regular retailing in the market with SO & TSI
• Evaluating the SO & TSI performance against standards such as average number
of sales call per day, productivity, average revenue per call, number of new . outlets per month etc…

Channel member’s management:

•To select, train and assign the definite territory to the Stockiest and motivating them to achieve the company's primary & secondary sales targets.
•Periodical evaluation of Stockiest performance against the standards such as sales-target attainment, average stock levels, delivery time, treatment of damaged goods, cooperation in promotional programs and services owed to retailer.

•To Coordinate Depot StockiestRetailers for better management of the channel members.
