I would like to introduce myself as a legal professional with over twenty years of experience across industries and having sound domain knowledge. I have had the privilege of overseeing the legal department's operations, including providing guidance on high-level legal matters, compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. I have successfully led cross-functional teams, negotiated complex contracts, and developed corporate policies that align with business goals while minimizing risk exposure. I have hands on experience over a variety of litigations including arbitration, civil & commercial suits, criminal, consumer and labour matters. I have in-depth knowledge in tendering. I am an in-house trainer (legal) as well.

My experience working closely with senior executives and external partners has enhanced my ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice that supports growth and innovation. I am looking for senior in-house legal opportunities.
