As a technical expert in plant maintenance, administration and industrial construction project management with 14+ years of experience, I express my interest in exploring an opportunity in your company.

With an experience over a decade, I have advanced my knowledge in erection and commissioning of multiple industries, facility management, Infrastructure and Plant maintenance.

I have handled multiple projects worth the numbers in crores. The milestone projects include the RCC building construction in KIADB Aerospace Park, Devanahalli. Extensively involved in creating contractor tenders, financial and work negotiation for civil, MEP and interiors, and contractor finalization for this project.

I have associated with LEED consultants on Green Building certification to achieve the Gold standard. I always focus on AS9100/OSHA compliance. I have also served as a site lead for TPM activities and as an EH&S member.
