Wg Cdr Greeshma Kadangot with over 15 years of experience in systems and operations management, including a distinguished tenure in the Indian Air Force specializing in managing complex platforms such as Israeli UAV systems (Heron and Searcher Mk II), a strong foundation has been developed in systems optimization, cross-functional team leadership, and operational excellence.

The expertise gained while overseeing a $400 million Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) UAV fleet in dynamic environments translates seamlessly into broader operations and systems management roles. Key accomplishments include enhancing efficiency by 15% through system upgrades, extending equipment lifespans by 27% with strategic advocacy, and reducing operational costs by 30% using lean methodologies and risk management strategies. With over 14 years of distinguished service in the Indian Air Force, specializing in Heron and Searcher Mk II Israeli UAVs. Notably,  enhanced asset availability to 96.7% by modernizing tools and machinery for Mechanical Transport. Education and Certifications

Holds a Diploma in Disaster Management from the Tata Institute of Social Science (2023–2024), an M.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University (2011–2012), and an MSc in Industrial Psychology from Annamalai University (2009–2011).  Have also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling (2009–2010) and a B.Tech in Industrial Engineering from CET, Kerala University (2003–2007). The professional certifications include Management Essentials from MILVEST & IIM Shillong (Nov 2024), Six Sigma Green Belt & Black Belt from Grant Thornton Bharat (Oct 2024), and Facility Management from MILVEST (Aug 2024).
