• Client Interactions.

• Interface with LMS Administration team to create Classes in the LMS and Update the LMS with all Class-related details, along with roster management process with details of learner attendance or non-attendance.

• Coordinate Training Program schedule of classes, including facilities allocation, materials and catering orders, pre- and post-work communication, and post-session evaluations.

• Works closely with external and /or internal subject matter experts to ensure smooth delivery of global 
  services.

• Responsible for processing the Learning & Development related data correctly and timely according to 
  the project deadlines and to the expected quality, interact with the Client on a daily basis via phone 
  and email, work on Learning & Development related issues, cooperate with other delivery team 
  members, ensure that the documentation is up to date.

• Process L&D Administration requests.

• Complete individual, dedicated virtual and onsite registrations for External Partners & Customers

• Responsible for the completion and/or managing the completion of all tasks on the pre-delivery task list.

• Ensure all documents (sign in sheets and rosters) are ready for each class.

• Training Lab set up along with required installation.

• Worked on Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone on Demand and My Learning).

• Creating Dashboards and Excel Reports.

• Vendor Management.

Graduation from Delhi University and having Diploma in Human Potential Development Programme from YMCA(Youth Men's Christian Association).
