Ensure security arrangements and safety requirements of all the Campus.

Ensure all Safety equipment’s with proper operation & Maintenance 

Ensure proper SOP all being maintained for all Facility & Admin Operation.

Monitoring the Liasson Renewal for pertaining the equipment’s like Lift ,DG,Fire Clearance certificate,DG Tax, Lift Renewal, KPCB 

Well Maintaining the all electrical, air conditioning, plumbing,WTP,STP,Pump,AHU,DG,LT Panel,HT and other essential facilities and equipment.

Regular monitoring of SOP & Monitoring the check list of all Maintenance, housekeeping & Pest control & pantry services

Proper inventory with regards to soft & hard-core services.

Good rapport with Clients & understanding their requirements to deliver the Operational & Maintenance Standards. If any clients issues immediately we Close it & getting CAM, Rent & Utility payment within the stipulated time.

Coordination with project teams wherever required to complete the work with our Facility support which has been done it 

Review Feedback from customers at regular intervals and maintain the service delivery standards. 

Service Vendors Selection- Based on quality & Cost, Meeting with vendors every one month & Review Last minutes of meeting.

Training has been given to all staffs Regarding Lift Rescue Training ,Fire Mock drill, Electrical operations.

Budget Management Skills & P & L Report submit to Management

Effective Utilization of Manpower & Cost Control.
