• Handling the dispatch of above to our MeritTrac hub/respective examination centers.

After Exam –

• Ensure OMR sheets are securely reached to main hub
• Segregate Attendance sheets, Students Evaluation sheets at State/District/Centre level.
• Follow proper procedures for shredding the used question papers
• OSM (On Screen Marking) of all answer Booklets

Subject Exam Code wise Register in Subject Master and Inward, Count inWord

Barcode Gunning and Scanning and Uploding to the Server

• Ensure checklist is maintained from the beginning of the procedure till end.

Online Exams:

• Dry run to ensure all the system and other infrastructure is ready for the assessment.
• Carryout candidate registration & biometrics
• Perform Proctor role for online examination
• Handing over the servers to IT team when online assessment is done
