I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) and an MBA in Healthcare from IIHMR University Jaipur with 16 months of experience in public health, specifically in maternal and child health. Currently, I work as a Program Associate at the Community Empowerment Lab, focused on enhancing maternal and newborn health in Uttar Pradesh. My responsibilities have included developing and implementing training programs for health workers, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and conducting qualitative research through interviews and focus group discussions. These experiences have equipped me with a solid foundation in healthcare management and the ability to analyse and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
