- Draft cover letters, support letters, client/vendor letters, and any necessary documentation for H-1B petitions.
- Maintain and manage Public Access Files (PAF) for H-1B petitions, ensuring they are complete and compliant with legal requirements.
- Work on preparing responses to H-1B RFEs (Requests for Evidence) based on notices received from USCIS.
- Strong experience in addressing RFEs related to Specialty Occupation, Maintenance of Status, right to Control, and Employee-Employer relationships.
- Draft and prepare L-1A (executive/manager) and L-1B (specialized knowledge) petitions.
- Coordinate with employers and employees to gather necessary documentation, including organizational charts, financial statements, job descriptions, resumes, and more.
- Collect and verify supporting evidence, such as proof of company operations, ownership structure, and employee qualifications.
- Draft petitioner support letters that outline the employee's qualifications and job duties, key to demonstrating eligibility for the L-1 visa.
- Strong experience with the complete Green Card filing process, including preparation of job descriptions and filing the Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) under EB2 and EB3 categories.
- Assist in the ad posting and recruitment processes for PERM applications.
- Handle PERM (ETA-9089) filings with the Department of Labor.
- Prepare and manage end-to-end I-140 petition filing, including form preparation, cover letter drafting, and document review based on beneficiary questionnaires.
- Interact with consultants and clients via Outlook and calls, addressing queries and providing timely responses.
- Prepare consulate and employment letters for H-1B stamping, guide beneficiaries through the DS-160 form, and assist with dropbox stamping procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee data using tools like Google Spreadsheets and Ceipal software.
- Manage C2C vendor and W2 employee onboarding, reviewing MSA (Master Service Agreements) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Handle staffing account organization, including timesheets, payroll, and invoicing for consultants.
- Maintain and track consultant balance sheets to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
