Role and Responsibility: 

  • Develop and communicate a procurement business plan; establish, communicate, and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop, communicate, and administer procurement team performance and development plans and appraisals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for procurement related questions, training, policy and procedure interpretation and alignment by all departments.
  • Oversee contract development and administration.
  • Develop and implement procurement-related training programs for the procurement team and organization.
  • Manage current procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on their ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency; meet regularly with respective departments regarding procurement for their understanding and/or recommendations to enhance policies, procedures and develop, communicate and implement new/revised policies, procedures and programs as needed.
  • Develop a centralized procurement program that adds value and efficiency to the organization.
  • Process purchase orders; develops bids and proposals; and reconcile any invoice discrepancies.
  • Initiating and execution of tendering process for purchase of different items for university. 
  • Tender evaluation and preparation of comparative statements.
  • Execution of purchase by issue purchase order to the vendor as per our terms and conditions. 
  • Development of document which are routinely used in the purchase process like vendor registration, vendor inspection report, 
  • Development of Store Keeping Systems and validation of it.
  • Take part in the development of software systems which are used in starting from online tendering process, purchase process, inventory management and store management system. 
  • Auction Process initiation and getting profitable deal for the Institutes.

Procurement Training: 

 

Academic Responsibilities:

      Deputy Registrar in Academic and Administration section of Ganpat University. 

  • To maintain students’ affairs effectively and shall arrange for the preparation of Academic Calendar and implement it accordingly.
  • To dispose of all daily applications regarding (i) Credit transfer (ii) Extensions (iii) Semester Freeze (iv) Case of re-admission (v) Fee Installment and Fee Extension (vi) Cases of Grade Review and Registration of Add or Drop of defaulter students
  • Report about students expulsion on academic grounds, semester-wise new intakes, programme-wise dropouts with reasons, list of students who have failed to complete their programme.
  • Prepare different statistical reports pertaining to students who have failed to complete their programme.
  • Oversee formation of Board of Studies, Programme Committees and Faculties of different Institutes and do follow-up regularly and shall maintain proper records.
  • Assist the Deputy Registrar, Registrar for conducting meetings of Academic Council in consultation with the Principal/Dean/Institute Head(s) and shall keep records of the minutes held from time to time.
  • Arrange coordination of meetings of various authorities of the University and initiate preparing Notices, Agenda and Minutes and circulate to all concerned.
  • Carry out any other tasks as may be assigned by the Deputy Registrar and Registrar.
  • Preparation of various agenda / minutes etc. for the statutory committee /non-statutory committee meeting of the university.
  • Assist and coordinate university enrolment/registration as well as management Quota / NRI / PIO admission related matters.
  • Supporting university Ph.D. work & Ph.D. entrance test exam related activities.
  • Handling admin work during university special functions like convocation, youth festival & other cultural programmes.
  • Establishment and execution of the process of the organization.
  • Proper management of the various files in the admin section of university.
  • Coordinating for creation of all type of forms required under this section like leave report form, application form for the recruitment etc.
  • Preparation of the agenda and minutes reports required in statutory bodies like Board of Governance and academic council.
  • Interaction with the clerical staff of the constituent institutes/departments for getting various data for university.
  • Preparation of Documentation as per requirement during approval of different courses from UGC (University Grant Commission) and AICTE. 
  • To assist Deputy Registrar, Registrar and Vice chancellor regarding on going work.
  • Development of University Policies for justified and smooth working environment. 
  • Preparation of supporting documents for running policies at grass root levels of University.
  • As Assistant Registrar in the Administration section develops and setup process for admission to awarding of degree to the students during convocation. 
  • Streamline the Admission, eligibility, enrollment, transfer and migration process of the students. 
  • As Procurement officer preparation of university policies for procurement various items. 
  1. Teaching experience 

7 years and 11 moths including 6 year Post Graduate experience

  • Assistant Professor, Dept. of Pharmacognosy, S K Patel College of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Ganpat University.
  • I teach and guide B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmcy student, taking classes and practical.
  • I have appointed as student attendance coordinator, also I have one of the coordinator of students sports activities From August 2006 to June 2014
