Adept in conducting personalised yoga training classes, wellness sessions and providing basic therapeutic yoga sessions . Previously held various senior roles in corporate world . Took early retirement from corporate hustle to pursue my inner call!

Conducting  Hatha Yoga classes, tailoring sessions to meet individual and group needs (both international and Indian nationals). 
Utilize various pranayama and meditation techniques aimed  at reducing stress/  anxiety and promote deeper relaxation. 
Conduct philosophy sessions focused on Yoga principles based on Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita , Hatha Yoga Pradeepika etc
Provide personalized yoga therapy sessions on need basis for common issues such as back pain, neck pain, and weight reduction. 
Develop and implement customized yoga lesson plans to support clients in achieving their health goals.
