As a Post graduate Engineer in the stream of Mechanical Engineering with a certification in Design and analyzing.With the Firm experience in CAE (Tier-1 Automotive Exhaust System supplier and Engineering Services) with main focus on Conceptual engineering, Design & development, FE Model building and Assembly, Application of loads and boundary condition, Post processing of CAE results, Report preparation, Design Optimization, Simulation support to avoid field failure, resource planning and performance evaluation. Handled Linear and Non-linear static, Modal analysis, Steady state heat transfer analysis, thermo-mechanical analysis with bolt clamping, Thermal shock cycle analysis, frequency response/ transient response analysis, bending moment, fatigue/durability evaluation, prototype development and accelerated durability testing on Exhaust system.

Description:
Projects for LCV, MCV, HCV, TERM4 & STAGE5 Tractor, CEV and Tear 4F for generators.
The objective of the project is to build and evaluate FE model for various combination of emission technology components such as LNT+DPF, TWC, DOC+DPF & DOC+sDPF+SCR and GPF for various types of vehicles right from concept to design optimization using Modal, Static, Frequency Response and thermomechanical coupling analysis to predict durability. Correlation process for RLDA, Uni/Bi axil durability test and S/N curve testing with the FE stimulation results. The fatigue analysis has been used to predict the warranty estimation with the life/duty cycle and to optimize to achieve the customer's target.
ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
TST Cycle: Formulated and Examined Thermal shock analysis. Performed a comprehensive thermal shock analysis encompassing both transient and steady-state heat transfer phenomena. Employed dynamic (implicit/explicit) analysis techniques to evaluate the structure's PEEQ behavior.
Random vibrational fatigue: Created road map for random vibrational fatigue with PSD data for an elevated assembly system to predict fatigue life.
Education
I hold a Master's in Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, a Tier-1 institution. My project involved numerical analysis and testing of twisted wings for aircraft using ANSYS and optimization tools, earning an overall CGPA of 8.75.
