- Closing deals by negotiating prices, terms, and conditions. This includes understanding the customer's needs and negotiating a solution that meets those needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers including HVAC Consultants, PMCs, and Turnkey Contractors by building trust, providing excellent customer service, and staying up-to-date on the customer's needs.
- Support complex tenders. This includes understanding the tender requirements, developing a winning proposal, and presenting the proposal to the customer.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments by reading industry publications, attending industry events, and networking with other industry professionals.
- Report on sales results to Senior management, and make recommendations for future growth.
