Handle and provide resolution for received Trouble Ticket of Customer immediately  Take out Preventive Maintenance for Network Equipment Rack which are assigned in our duty.  Configure and troubleshoot L1 and L2 Switch/Router with co-ordination with NOC team.  Take out Corrective Maintenance of installed system to avoid major, catastrophic outage.  Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving for WIFI, small cell, and Access point.
