Harshada Pawar

I am a C++ Developer with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Government College of Engineering and Research Awasari Khurd. I have core competencies in Object-Oriented Programming, Unit Testing, and Debugging, which I applied in my most recent work experience at Jio Platforms Limited (JPL).

At JPL, I worked in the OAM manager team under the Configuration Management module, where I understood, researched, designed, implemented, and managed the code. I also tested and evaluated new or changed parts of the code, debugged the code, and performed the test cases and checked the required logs thoroughly. I contributed to the quality and efficiency of the software development process, and supported the team in delivering innovative and reliable solutions. I am motivated by learning new technologies and solving complex problems, and I value collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement. I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a strong academic background and a hands-on industry experience in C++.
