I am deeply passionate about IT administration, ELV systems, and application software—particularly Cloud-based CRM solutions. With hands-on experience spanning the full spectrum from ISP-level infrastructure to end-user support within my current organization.

I have developed strong expertise across hardware, software, networking, and security domains.

My background includes working with Hospitality, Educational Consultancy, and Restaurant CRM software, which has honed my ability to quickly adapt to diverse IT environments, understand unique business requirements, and implement effective solutions rapidly.

I firmly believe that staying youthful in thinking while never sacrificing wisdom is essential in our fast-evolving field

In addition to configuration and administration, I am actively learning cybersecurity with a strong focus on preventing attacks through offensive security techniques as a Red Teamer.
