I am Harshdeep Singh Bhatia , a ‘Mechanical Engineer ’ with 3 years of experience in ‘Production department ’ at MAHLE Engine Components India Private Limited, Pithampur ( Madhya Pradesh).

WORK EXPERIENCE:

     Designation : Engineer – Production .

    Graduate Engineer Trainee - Production Supervisor in Production department.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Achieve the production targets and operational efficiencies based on planning schedule.

·       Minimize daily rejection/rework percentage.

·       Co – ordinate with QC for quality clearance of inward materials.

·       Ensuring availability of Instruments, Tools, Jigs and Fixtures required for all stages of manufacturing process.

·       Performing  Root – cause analysis on daily basis to control and minimize the rejection/rework quantity.

·       Production improvements with respect to Lean / TPM & Kaizen methodology.

·       Work out on customer complaints and take corrective actions to avoid such complaints in future.

·       Responsible for continual improvement in both process and production & Encourage employees to involve in kaizen activities.

·       WIP maintain entire shop floor.

·       Monitoring & Calculating the production line process flow & Cycle time ,Work load levelling

·       Maintenance 5S activities, Discipline & any abnormal issues in the production shop floor.

·       Handling of shift on material, manpower, machine and problem solving techniques.

·       To ensure all the procedures according to the standards and with respect to the Internal /External audits.

·       Discuss major constraints related to quality , maintenance, rejection or rework in daily board meeting.

·       To ensure and verify the conditions of various Poka-Yoke which are implemented and to improvise it according to the conditions.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS  : 

 ·       Reduced the Rejection percentage in production line from more than 2% to 0.8 %.

·       Lead the Production line during IATF audit with 0 NC.

·       Implemented various Kaizen projects for improved workflow in production line.

·       Lead the project for Dent – Mapping to reduce dent on components during the workflow.

·       Suggested and implemented various efficient POKA – YOKE for improvement in production line.
