Harshit Khatta

I’m Harshit Khatta, an aspiring AI Engineer with hands-on experience in AI/ML development, data analysis, and automation. With a Master’s in Computer Applications and professional exposure at EY GDS and Sunfocus Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I’ve built and deployed AI solutions across domains like healthcare, document intelligence, and natural language processing.

I’m proficient in Python, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and data pipeline automation using tools like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain, and Streamlit. My project experience includes building RAG-based recommendation systems, OCR-powered research assistants, and AI-powered resume evaluators.

I'm passionate about solving real-world problems using LLMs, automation frameworks, and no-code/low-code AI tools. I thrive in collaborative environments and am constantly exploring innovative ways to enhance productivity through AI.

I have hands-on experience in AI/ML development through internships and personal projects. At EY GDS, I worked as a Data Analytics Intern where I contributed to data cleaning, visualization, and reporting. As a Data Scientist Trainee at Sunfocus Solutions, I built machine learning models and worked on NLP tasks like text classification and sentiment analysis.

I’ve independently developed AI projects, including a resume evaluator using LLMs, a RAG-based health recommendation app, and an OCR-powered document research chatbot. My work spans Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Streamlit, LangChain, and vector databases like FAISS.

I focus on solving real-world problems using AI automation, LLMs, and intelligent workflows, and I’m continuously expanding my skills in prompt engineering and AI system design.

I hold a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Punjabi University, where I developed a strong foundation in programming, machine learning, and data science. During my studies, I focused on practical applications of AI through projects involving NLP, predictive modeling, and data analysis.

I also completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Punjab University, where I built core skills in algorithms, databases, and software development.
