• Following standard procedures to improve efficiency in cash applications, funds transfers,               cash disbursements, month-end account closing activities, and inter-departmental               reporting. 
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines in order to  achieve compliant ratings on Internal audits & RBI audit. 
• Managing incoming and outgoing cashflow effectively on a daily basis.
• Tracking upcoming EMIs and ensuring Cheques are deposited if ECS registration is not     completed.
• Completing ECS mandate registration through the CMS (Cash Management System/   Respective client Partner banker) bank & Full PDC Clearance for Due date working.
• Processing the outward clearing of cheques, EFT, NEFT, NACH, DD, RTGS and ECS within          stipulated timelines.
• Ensuring timely deposit and return of clearing instruments. Co-ordinating with Partner banker to                ensure smooth functioning of clearing activities.
• Maintaining a good record and filing system to ensure customer's data and contracts are           under    well maintenance and custody for future reference.                   
• Update accounting database for daily financial transactions. Maintaining a backup for all  the financial data
• Liaise with banks to address any account issues and queries
• Maintaining the ability to work within deadlines/customer demand
