I am an Agriculture and Rural Development professional with hands-on experience in agri-livelihoods, sustainable agriculture, water management, and MIS-based project monitoring. I currently work with Ambuja Foundation as a Project Officer, supporting agriculture and livelihood initiatives with a strong focus on farmer institutions, women-led enterprises, and community-based development.

I hold a B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons.) and a PGDM in Rural Management & Agribusiness, and have worked across field implementation, data management, and programme monitoring. My experience includes working with SHGs, FPOs, federations, CSR partners, and government programmes, linking agriculture with markets and sustainable livelihoods.

I bring strengths in crop production practices, soil and nutrient management, agri-marketing, supply chain coordination, MIS reporting, and stakeholder coordination. I am passionate about market-linked agriculture, climate-resilient farming, and empowering rural communities, and I believe in using data-driven and field-oriented approaches to create long-term impact.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Agriculture and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management and Agribusiness. My education has equipped me with strong foundations in agriculture, rural livelihoods, value chain development, project management, and data-driven decision-making, enabling effective implementation of community-based development programs.
