I have been involved in developing and implementing Strategic plans for IT teams and clients, working with senior stakeholders (CXOs) in business and technology to lead Ideation workshops, work on IT solutions and supporting them in achieving business goals in a cost effective manner.

I have worked as Offshore Head for Product Delivery, Implementation and support managing team size of 120+ team members.

B. Tech from Haryana Agricultural University.  (1992-1996). Gold Medalist.
