Successfully managed administrative functions, facility management, statutory compliance, safety and security, and maintenance across 3 corporate offices (pan India), 25 regional sales and marketing offices, 2 R&D units, and 4 Manufacturing plants comprising a total of 24 facilities spread throughout India. This involved developing and implementing management policies, procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
