The Access Records CSP is the system which will power this expanded suite of managed records services.
This service does:

• Collect a customer’s physical and digital records
• Organize them, apply retention and privacy policy to them using advanced technology
• During the rest of each record’s lifecycle, Access will store, protect and manage them, and will make them available to the customer when needed
• To achieve customer digital transformation goals, Access will routinely digitize records, shielding end users from the need to work with paper
• At the end of the record lifecycle, Access will defensibly dispose of records by retention policies
