Presently working for Multinational UK based Telecom regulator client - Ofcom as Project Leader for Wintel / VMware / Storage /Cloud technologies at Offshore Datacenter operations (ODC), Greater Noida. I have to manage team of SME’s for routine SLA based service /support related offshore datacenter infrastructure activities for skills like Azure Cloud , Datacenter Support , IT Infrastructure Monitoring through Tool like Ops Ramp , SAN storage, Wintel , VMware, Backup , Exchange /O365, Linux , Antivirus , SLA based ticket management , change management , incident management , problem management .Also responsible for all type of Infrastructure reports creations and submission of the project.

Project Leader – NIIT Technologies Ltd     ( Oct2008 till July 2020 )                                                          Project worked : Holcim Cements Datacentre Project, Reliance Infocom DC site, Mumbai - (Feb 2015 to Feb 2016). (IT Site Incharge - Oct 2018 to Jan-2015)

-           I worked in Data center operations project for Swiss client- Holcim Cements at Reliance Data center at Navi Mumbai. Primary functions: - Windows and VMware team lead for Vulnerability Management related to Information security , VM/Window Systems monitoring , performance tuning, resolving RFC /SRQ for client , Installation and configurations and system management of  VMware , Hyper-V , Windows Servers &  SAN Storage ( IBM/HP)  . Knowledge of Virtual Machine creation , V2V & P2V , VM Monitoring , VM troubleshooting , RSA management for blade /rack server in Datacenter for IBM/ Dell / Cisco blade and rack servers , SAN storage administration  , Windows Server administration , Patch Management , Monthly maintenance schedule , DR drill support  , incidents and service request management as per ITIL methodologies.  Knowledge of IBM Tivoli and Symantec NetBackup.

-           I have also handled the entire gamut of activities related to all IT operations at largest client site – Ambuja Cements Ltd, Ambujanagar – Gujarat as Site IT Head for more than 700 users and leading all activities related to IT Operations for client -Ambuja Cements Ltd, Ambujanagar  for more than 7 years.
