I have been employed at Softcom Services Pvt. Ltd., a product-based company. I am well versed with software like Jira, Figma, Confluence, and Ms office and I am flexible to work for long hours and perform well under pressure.

I have a total of 5 years of experience and more than 3+ years I have as a Business Analyst. Currently I am working in Softcom system Pvt. ltd. Which is basically a Product  based company. As a Business Analyst I have come across different roles and responsibilities that BA requires with the Requirement Gathering till the end use of the product or services by all the Stakeholders. I have also prepared user Manuals and documentation like BRD, FRD, Use Case, User Story, Test case and Excel sheet for the stakeholders. Our Business Intelligence tool is JIRA, Which we use to see the progress of the SDLC in Jira we use it for pictorial presentation of data especially for the client data review meetings. whatever documents I create whether for Grooming session or requirement gathering or either user story, I upload those in JIRA and once they are done, I assign them to further team. I also have an experience with FIGMA creating wireframes. I do have knowledge of Scum, kanban, SQL

I completed my MBA in Human Resource from Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Delhi in 2018
