My name is Hiralal Shaw, and I hold a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Govt. BIT College, Dhanbad. During my academic journey, I also completed a Diploma in Industrial Safety from a reputed university in Chennai. My career began in 2008 when I joined GDCL Construction Company as an HSE Supervisor. Over the course of three years, I contributed to a high-rise building project, laying the foundation for my 15-year career in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
Subsequently, I have had the privilege of working with esteemed organizations such as Srijan Realty, L&T, ACC, NCC, and Suzlon Global Service Ltd. Throughout these roles, I have consistently focused on fostering a culture of safety and sustainability, which has become my professional hallmark. I am now seeking a leadership position as Manager HSE within a reputed organization where I can continue to build and manage a world-class safety culture. My goal is to contribute to an organization that values safety and innovation, and where I can grow professionally, ultimately leading the company to new heights in HSE standards.
I am self-disciplined and dedicated to upholding high standards of safety and compliance. I am also committed to continuous learning and professional development, ensuring that I stay abreast of the latest industry standards, policies, and technologies.
