• Monitoring and controlling all the activates from receiving  P.O copy to material inward to the completion of final product and dispatch for equipment’s in Panel Propriety Dept.
• Preparing the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Schedules in MS projects for the jobs deliveries of various project.
• Preparation of material requirement sheet according to product and based on design data & taking action according.
• Prepare the purchase requisition as per bill of material for received orders.
• Analyses of drawing to reduces cycle time & make faster delivery.
• Making conclusion for job to make in-house or make from out-side agency as job work.
• Provide all required of materials to production department through by doing making & cutting properly as per job parts requirements as per specification in given design.
• Giving the priority to purchase department for procurement off all materials as per priority & sequence of process for job.
• Taking follow-up for daily material receipt as per requirement from purchase.
• Measuring & monitoring of the projects as daily status from production department.
• Utilization of manpower accurately. 
• Troubleshooting and solving technical problems. 
• Organizing daily work at shop floor. 
• Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target. 
• Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production. 
• Supervising hourly production.
