I am Hrishikesh Goswami, s/o late Krishna Chandra Goswami. I am 12.7 years experienced as an information developer. I am extensively experienced in Technical Writing, Instructional Designing, and Editing documents. I am experienced in leading teams of technical writers and instructional designers. I have worked in designing training documentation, and creating highly technical documentation for software and hardware products.

In my free time I like listening to music. I also like reading books and blogs and travelling.

With over 12 years and 7 months diverse work experience in creating, developing, and editing content for technical documentation. I am experienced in planning, creating, managing, and editing technical documentation that meets business requirement specifications and objectives. I can quickly understand, interpret, and illustrate complex systems. I am extensively experienced in user manuals, user guides, installation guides, API documentation, online help, presentations, and localization. I am adept in interacting with stakeholders, functional and technical consultants, SME, and technical teams while working in team and independent environments. I am experienced in waterfall and agile methodologies, tools, techniques, and templates. 

I am specialized in AWS cloud, BFSI, data recovery, franchise, e-commerce, training, energy, real estate, shipping, Artificial Intelligence, Learning and Development, and enterprise software and network domains.

I am a B.Sc. from the University of Calcutta and done my masters in computer applications (MCA) from IGNOU. I have studied in St. Xaviers college Kolkata for the MCA curriculum.
